And officially the first cure for HIV has been approved!!

The Food and Drug Administration of the United States today approved the first drug that has been shown to be effective in reducing the risk of contracting HIV.
These are the Truvada pills, a drug that can use people who are under constant high risk of contracting HIV.

The decision follows a few weeks after the agency approved the first HIV test that Americans can buy and use in the privacy of their homes.

While this is a positive step, however pills Truvada will be inaccessible to many people who have no health insurance. Namely, as reported, one pill of the drug will be sold at a price of 14,000 dollars.
