Should we drink energy drinks and when?!


There are different opinions about energy drinks. Some stress that are extremely harmful, comparing them with drugs, but others simply can not function without them. Here is where not recommended their consumption.

We all sometimes need something to help us push the day, a small dose of energy, for which often reach for energy drinks. Some men act, some do not feel any effect, while the third seriously endanger their health.

One can of 500 ml energy drink contains about 150 calories an average person can burn a 20-minute fast running, writes Daily Mail. Who acted the way these energy drinks is significantly increased levels of caffeine. Because these drinks are not recommended for those with heart disease.

The only one who could drink energy drinks with or without minor risks with their health are active people who work on endurance exercise, says the European agency for food safety (EFSA).

But despite warnings, many people regularly exercise consumption of these beverages. Research conducted in Britain showed that 11 million British adults regularly consume these drinks are typically drink at work when you feel fatigued and 18 percent use them as a cure for a hangover.

Despite worrying about numbers konsumerite energy drinks, the researchers came up a terrible record. The drinking energy drinks and various sports, people forget to drink water that is most important for hydration, especially for those who regularly exercise.

So remember: drinking energy and sports drinks in a row, until it is rarely practiced in moderation and not as a substitute for water. However, water is most needed during physical activities.

  5. They have so much sugar, the crash is worse the 2nd time after the energy rush than it would have been the first time. Water is good, but there are no vitamins. best thing to drink is Gatorade or Powerade. Also fruit juices are good too.

  7. I try to drink energy drinks that have no sugar. But that severely limits the amount of options. Oh well, I'll stick with gatorade or something of that sort. Nice blog man!
